Gabriel Traveler says:

The reason it's been a few days since my last video is due to slow internet. Like. Really. Slow. This video took three full days to upload. I have another video about how expensive is Jerusalem all finished, but it looks like it will be a few days once again to get that one posted, unless I luck out and manage to find a faster internet connection somewhere.

Saro Liu says:

Nice hostel, cool streets, amazing old city! The merchant is really pushy, good thing is the scarf looks nice

wownouser says:

All the merchants in the old city are Arab and they are very persistent and somewhat aggressive. Only in the Jewish quarter the shops belong to Jews.

Akki says:

That bargaining though…300–>80 πŸ˜€

wownouser says:

At 10:20 you're looking at pictures that were taken from this building in the past. this building that is under renovation now used to be where the Israeli parliament (the Knesset) was located in the first few years of the country before it moved to its newer and current location. The building is going to be a museum about the years that the Knesset operated from there.

Santoues Mgr says:

David Findley says:

Great bus ride. It was like I never left my living room. And no missing time. And on top of that I am not even tired. Must be the Israeli's climate.

wownouser says:

Dear Gabriel, you're never in the west bank. The bus from Eilat to Jerusalem travels inside Israel, never in the west bank. The west bank is east of Jerusalem, you're travelling in the Arava, the Dead Sea and the Judean desert. There is a short section of the road – from Jericho to Jerusalem which I think is considered area C – which according to the Oslo accords is no longer part of Israel itself but under full Israeli control and where you can also see many "Palestinian" vehicles. But from Eilat all along the Dead Sea you're in Israeli territory.

Atanu Mondal says:

Israel looks so depressing, the grey colors, tense people, it somehow feels like the gloomiest place in the continent. Thanks for all the great videos and hopefully your next stops are in some colorful more friendly places πŸ™‚
